Someone recommended this to me - I was using a much lower dose probiotic but it didn't seem to be working. After just a couple days of using this product I noticed a difference that has persisted for a month now. I'll be subscribing so I can take it for the long term.

I’ve been taking this for about a month, and it’s made a big difference. My stomach feels lighter, I don’t get bloated as often, and my digestion is way smoother. It even helped with some occasional constipation I used to get.
No weird aftertaste or side effects either. I started noticing results after about a week, so it just takes a little consistency.
Definitely one of the better probiotics I’ve tried, especially for the price.
